headspace vapour sampling made easy

We've modified the 2" and 4" EcoPlugs to produce the Waterra Vapour Sampling EcoPlug™. This specialized well cap uses a stainless steel valve which allows you to extract a sample of the trapped headspace vapours.

Pressure tested to 20 PSI, these well caps prevent the loss of well gasses to the atmosphere. The Sample Port Adapter allows you to extract the sample without removing the cap from the well. The Sample Port Adapter can be attached to a perstaltic pump in order to draw out even more of the trapped headspace gasses.

Enviro Cap™ — hidden lock

The Enviro Cap™ Environmental Well Cap has a hidden secret. This well cap has a magnetically activated lock built into the body of the cap. The magnetic locking mechanism is activated by using the ElectriKey. The ElectriKey and an special face that mates with the top of the ElectriLoc well cap. When these two surfaces are joined the magnet in the key causes the locking mechanism within the cap to engage allowing the operator to lock or unlock the well cap. Without the key the caps lock mechanism can be turned but to no avail. The ElectriLoc well cap is available for 2” and 4” monitoring wells.

The Electriloc Enviro Cap™ Environmental Well Cap has a hidden secret. This well cap has a magnetically activated lock built into the body of the cap. The Electriloc Enviro Cap™ is unique with its internal, magnetically engaged locking system — making it particularly difficult to tamper with. This cap also has a very low profile making it a good choice where space it at a premium.

tamper proof

The Grip 'n Lock is a water tight, hinged, locking monitoring well cap. Constructed from heavy duty Nylon, this cap is quickly and easily installed onto 2" and 4" monitoring wells providing the only truly tamper-proof well cap available on the market today.

easy installation

The Grip 'n lock cap is easily installed by simply pounding it onto the well casing with a mallet. Once installed it can not be removed. These sturdy caps are suitable for both above ground and below grade installations and are available for both 2” and 4” schedule 40 PVC. The 4” Grip n Lock cap can also be used to construct a 4” protective casing with the use of a length of 4” schedule 40 PVC pipe.
