Waterra stocks two different types of locking environmental wells caps. Both of these devices have a number of unique features that customers find useful and convenient.

The EcoPlug™ offers affordability with a more conventional design, but includes the largest sealing gasket of any plug available.

The Enviro Cap™ is unique with its internal, magnetically engaged locking system — making it particularly difficult to tamper with. This cap also has a very low profile making it a good choice where space it at a premium.

EcoPlug™ - the only recycled well plug available

The EcoPlug™ offers the latest in well plug design and is the only well plug made from recycled materials. If you're looking for a durable, tamper proof well plug that will withstand repeated use (and abuse) over many years, the EcoPlug is an excellent fit for your requirements. Available for 2" & 4" well openings. One inch, 3/4" and 1/2" sizes coming soon.

The EcoPlug™ is manufactured from a recycled composite glass filled polymer that will not corrode, and is stronger than steel pound for pound. The superior materials used in the manufacturing of this product will withstand repeated use over many years.

Enviro Cap™

DESCRIPTION

hidden lock

The Enviro Cap™ Environmental Well Cap has a hidden secret. This well cap has a magnetically activated lock built into the body of the cap. The magnetic locking mechanism is activated by using the ElectriKey. The ElectriKey and an special face that mates with the top of the ElectriLoc well cap. When these two surfaces are joined the magnet in the key causes the locking mechanism within the cap to engage allowing the operator to lock or unlock the well cap. Without the key the caps lock mechanism can be turned but to no avail. The ElectriLoc well cap is available for 2” and 4” monitoring wells.
